Returns policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied
you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return some or all of the products you purchased
within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Please clarify that, the returned products must not be used, damaged, altered or have
damaged packaging and must be present exactly as it was when you received it along with the receipt
retail sale receipt or invoice. You must also have previously contacted us by e-mail at
info@golabacademy.com to provide you with return instructions.
If the similar product you want is not available (e.g. a larger size), we will refund your money
or the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used on
any new order you wish.
In the event of a withdrawal, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to
to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without stating the reasons.
It is clarified that, the returned products must not be used, worn, altered or have
damaged packaging and must be present exactly as it was when you received it with the receipt
retail sale receipt or invoice. You must still have been contacted in advance by e-mail at
info@golabacademy.com to provide you with return instructions.
For our part, we will refund the money you paid for the purchase of the product including
including the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which we were informed of the
withdrawal.
Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product the company will make every effort
to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must.
inform you by e-mail to info@golabacademy.com so that we can send you instructions for returning the product
as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product may be made
on request or refund your money.
The company does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal
wear and tear, misuse and damage during removal of labels.
For any product return, it is necessary to fill out the relevant P.O.D. form (return form
Product Return Form), which is posted on our website.
