The products are sent door-to-door by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within two or three working days from the day of payment of the order. For orders outside of Greece the products are again shipped by courier within two to seven working days from order confirmation.
The company does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
The transport charge is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the possibility to choose the type of document he/she wishes (retail receipt or invoice) by filling in the corresponding field on the website.
